The specific tree care company serving you is the one identified on its own website or in the written estimate you receive from that company. When you interact with that company's website, request an estimate, book a service, or receive text messages about your appointment, ArborOne operates the underlying scheduling and communications platform on that company's behalf.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

You provide directly: name, street address, email, phone number, property details relevant to the work requested (species, size, access notes, photos you upload), scheduling preferences, and any additional information you choose to share in a request or conversation.

We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions with our emails and text messages (delivery, opens where supported, clicks). We use standard cookies and analytics tags for this.

Third parties: basic verification and fraud-prevention signals from service providers that support scheduling, payments, and communications (e.g., Twilio for SMS, our CRM, payment processors).

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to service requests, provide estimates, schedule work, and send appointment confirmations, reminders, and on-the-way alerts.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) — Consent and Use

By providing your mobile phone number on a service-request form, during a phone booking, or by texting us first, you agree to receive SMS text messages from the tree care company serving you (operated via ArborOne's platform) regarding your tree service appointment — including confirmations, reminders, arborist-on-the-way alerts, estimate-ready notifications, and scheduling follow-ups. Message frequency varies by the status of your appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send you further SMS messages from that company's number.

Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information for support. You may also email us at info@goarborone.com.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or the contents of SMS conversations with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the service-related messages described above. Service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS carrier) access this information only to perform those services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

Carriers not liable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies and Tracking

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• With the tree care company serving you and its personnel. Service information is shared between ArborOne and that company so that estimates, appointments, and crews can be coordinated.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate the platform — hosting, SMS delivery, CRM, payments, analytics — access data under contract and only as needed.
• Legal. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS content with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (tax, warranty, safety records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical service records are retained for up to seven years.
