1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, applications, and communications operated by ArborOne, the trade name under which Bowen Falls Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ArborOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates a portfolio of independent tree care brands in the United States.

The specific tree care company serving you is the one identified on its own website or in the written estimate you receive from that company. When you interact with that company’s website, request an estimate, book a service, or receive text messages about your appointment, ArborOne operates the underlying scheduling and communications platform on that company’s behalf.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

You provide directly: name, street address, email, phone number, property details relevant to the work requested (species, size, access notes, photos you upload), scheduling preferences, and any additional information you choose to share in a request or conversation.

We collect automatically:on this website, only the standard server request logs described in Section 5 — there are no analytics or advertising tags of any kind. Where you interact with a portfolio company’s own site, scheduling platform, emails, or text messages, we may also record device and browser information, pages visited, referring URLs, and message interactions (delivery, opens where supported, clicks). On a portfolio company’s website or request form, the Google click identifier (GCLID) if you came from a Google ad.

Third parties: basic verification and fraud-prevention signals from service providers that support scheduling, payments, and communications (e.g., Twilio for SMS, our CRM, payment processors).

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to service requests, provide estimates, schedule work, and send appointment confirmations, reminders, and on-the-way alerts.
• Operate, secure, and improve our websites, apps, and services.
• Measure the performance of Google advertising run by the tree care company serving you, as described in “Advertising Measurement with Google” (Section 7).
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• With your consent, send you service-related information via the channels you’ve opted into.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text Messaging (SMS): Consent and Use

Opt-in.By providing your mobile phone number on a service-request form, during a phone booking, or by texting us first, you agree to receive SMS text messages from the tree care company serving you (operated via ArborOne’s platform) regarding your tree service appointment, including confirmations, reminders, arborist-on-the-way alerts, estimate-ready notifications, and scheduling follow-ups. Message frequency varies by the status of your appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send you further SMS messages from that company’s number.

Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information for support. You may also email us at info@GoArborOne.com.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or the contents of SMS conversations with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the service-related messages described above. Service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS carrier) access this information only to perform those services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

Carriers not liable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This section applies to goarborone.com only. Portfolio company websites and the ArborOS platform may use advertising measurement as described in “Advertising Measurement with Google” (Section 7).

This website does not track you. It runs no analytics, no advertising or conversion tags, no marketing pixels, and no cross-site trackers. It sets no cookies, and it stores nothing on your device to identify you or to recognise you on a return visit. That is why you were not asked to accept cookies when you arrived: there is nothing to accept.

No advertising attribution. If you reached this site from an ad or a campaign link, we do not read, store, or transmit the tracking parameters in that link (such as utm_source, gclid, fbclid, or msclkid). They are discarded with the rest of the URL.

No session recording. This site uses no session-replay, heatmap, or form-capture technology. Nothing records your keystrokes, your mouse movements, or what you type into the contact form.

What still reaches a third party.One thing. The video on this site is hosted on YouTube, and the still preview image you see is loaded from YouTube’s image server when the page opens, so YouTube receives your IP address for that image. The player itself is not loaded at all unless you press play, and we use YouTube’s no-cookie domain so that pressing play does not set YouTube’s tracking cookies. Our fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain.

The contact form. What you type into the form on our Contact page is sent to our own server and emailed to us. It is not stored in your browser and is not used for advertising. Nothing is transmitted until you press Submit, and we only ask for what we need to reply: your company name and location, your name, your email, your phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type) for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to build a profile of you, are not shared with advertisers, and are not combined with anything you submit.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• With the tree care company serving you and its personnel. Service information is shared between ArborOne and that company so that estimates, appointments, and crews can be coordinated.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate the platform access data under contract and only as needed. For this website the list is short, because there are no analytics or advertising vendors: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Resend (delivering contact-form submissions to our inbox), and YouTube LLC (the video, as described in Section 5). Service requests handled through a portfolio company additionally involve Twilio Inc. (SMS delivery), our CRM, payment processors, and Google LLC (Google Ads, for advertising measurement on behalf of that company).
• Legal. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS content with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Advertising Measurement with Google

The tree care company serving you advertises on Google. When you click one of that company’s Google ads and then contact it or request an estimate, we keep the Google click identifier (GCLID) from that click with your request, on that company’s behalf.

When your request becomes a booked estimate, a signed proposal, or a paid job, ArborOne tells Google Ads, on that company’s behalf, that the event happened. We send the event type, the date and time, the GCLID, and, for signed proposals and paid jobs, the dollar value. We may also send your email address and phone number in hashed form. Hashing turns them into a one-way code before they leave our systems. Google uses that code to match the event to an ad click.

We use this data only to measure which of that company’s ads work. We do not send your street address, the content of your estimate, or your payment details. We send this data through ArborOS, the scheduling and customer platform that ArborOne runs for that company.

Google handles this data under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). To learn how Google uses data from businesses that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To control the ads Google shows you, visit https://myadcenter.google.com.

To ask us not to share your information with Google for ad measurement, email info@GoArborOne.com. Some state laws may treat this as ‘sharing’ personal information for advertising. You can use the rights in Section 10 to opt out.

8. Google User Data in ArborOS

ArborOS lets authorized staff of a tree care company connect Google accounts. ArborOS asks only for the access it needs:

• Sign in with Google (openid, email, profile): ArborOS uses the email address on your Google account to sign you in to your company’s ArborOS account.
• Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): ArborOS uploads offline conversions (estimate booked, proposal signed, job paid) to the company’s own Google Ads account. It also reads daily campaign cost, clicks, and impressions for reporting. ArborOS does not create, change, or delete campaigns, ads, or budgets.
• Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): An estimator can connect their own Google Calendar. ArborOS reads the events on that calendar, including titles, descriptions, locations, and attendee email addresses, to find open appointment times and to show the estimator’s schedule to the office staff who book appointments. ArborOS creates, updates, and deletes the appointment events that it books. These events include the customer’s name, phone number, email address, and service address. ArborOS sends event locations to Google Maps services to plan travel between appointments.

We encrypt stored Google Ads tokens and restrict access to stored Google Calendar tokens. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. ArborOne staff read it only at the account owner’s request for support, for security, or when the law requires it. We transfer it only as needed to provide these features.

ArborOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

To disconnect, remove the connection in your settings or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect in ArborOS, we delete stored Google tokens right away. If you remove access in your Google account instead, we delete them the next time ArborOS tries to use them.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (tax, warranty, safety records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical service records are retained for up to seven years.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, email info@GoArborOne.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

California residents may request specific disclosures under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated on this page and, where appropriate, by email or SMS to active customers.
